After many years in the recruitment business, Nathalie Leonard and Nonhlanhla Kweyama realized there was a need for training businesses in service excellence.
They took the plunge and set up their own business, N'lighten, which will be offering an interactive two-day workshop for staffing company owners, managers and senior recruitment specialists next month.
