HOW IT WORKS:
In collaboration with you and/or your management staff, N'lighten will tailor a customer experience questionnaire and conduct a brief telephonic interview with guests the day after they have visited your restaurant.
The feedback obtained on their overall experience is analysed and presented to you, so that you can immediately identify those areas needing improvement and address them to ensure that you constantly improve your service and offer the best possible customer experience.
